1. Order Processing

Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email.
All confirmed orders are dispatched within 3–4 working days.
After dispatch, tracking details will be shared via Email & SMS.

3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery time depends on your location:

Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 4–7 working days from dispatch
Tier 2, Tier 3 & Rural Areas: 10–12 working days from dispatch

Important Notes:

Deliveries may be delayed by 2–3 additional days due to courier issues, remote locations, operational delays, weather conditions, or national holidays.
Customers will receive live tracking updates once the order is shipped.

4. Shipping Fees (Within India)

Most orders qualify for free shipping within India.
For express shipping requests, please email us at studioliora@gmail.com. Additional charges will apply based on your location.
In rare cases, additional charges may apply for highly remote or difficult-to-reach regions. If applicable, the fee will be clearly communicated before dispatch.

5. International Shipping

International shipping charges are not included in the product price. Applicable shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
