7. Pricing, Payment & Currency

All prices listed on the Site are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to revise prices at any time.
Orders will be processed only upon receipt of full payment.

8. Shipping, Delivery & Order Processing

Studio Liora will dispatch your order after payment confirmation. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

9. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Replacement is offered only in the case of damaged products.
Claims must be raised within 2 days of delivery by emailing studioliora@gmail.com with photos/videos as proof.
Replacement will be processed only after damage verification.
Refunds are not provided unless the product is unavailable for replacement.
No replacement for customer-induced damage, normal wear and tear, or minor variations in color or texture.

10. Prohibited Activities

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
Interfere with the Site’s functionality or security.
Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code.
Misrepresent identity or payment details.
